Roger is professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair man. he likes what he does and it shows. he delivered what was promised for a fair price. he answers any and all questions you have to ensure you are totally comfortable with the product, install and price. I had a question immediately after installing a mini split for our family room and roger offered to come back the day after install to show me how to maintain and properly use it. his workers are professional and take pride in their work.
